eMBED’s team of field engineers provides a dedicated team of technical engineers across the country providing site based and remote support for office IT equipment including laptops, desktops and printers.

The aim of the team is to respond quickly and provide support to ensure service continuity. The team is also responsible for implementing new services.

As we have relationships with a number of suppliers, we can work with selected third parties on your behalf to ensure incidents are resolved.
